Cruinn was founded in 2018 by Director Claire Gillespie, who brought a wealth of experience from her time as a Board Director at the Global Plc PageGroup. With a passion for starting something new and fresh, she established Cruinn with a commitment to excellence and innovation in recruitment. Throughout the early stages of Cruinn’s journey, Claire remained dedicated to supporting her clients on their corporate and personal growth journeys; this continued throughout the Covid pandemic when most conversations turned to the impact that the world around them was having on their businesses but also their personal lives.

David Sutherland joined Cruinn in June 2022 as a Director and became its first full-time employee, bringing with him an unrivalled understanding and knowledge of markets complimentary to those that Claire already worked within. Additionally, and possibly most importantly, David shared, and continues to share, Claire’s passion for working collaboratively with every individual that Cruinn engages with to provide a unique and tailored solution to help them achieve the goals.

Together Claire and David, alongside Matt Hinton and Hannah Cromwell, are continuing to build Cruinn and deliver exceptional solutions on behalf of those that they work with; as well as doing so with a strong moral compass.
